Nauhaus Industries is a family-owned millwork shop located in Denver, Colorado. We produce high-end commercial millwork, office and restaurant fixtures. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (PC) to join our team!
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager (PM) to maintain all functions and processes leading up to the final project execution. The successful candidate will proactively support the resolution of customer issues and problems and will assist in maintaining relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential clients. PC will support the PM regarding project-specific communications and will assist in the general administration and construction management activities required by projects.
General knowledge of or experience with architectural millwork or construction industry
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Basic AutoCAD skills desirable, but not required
Ability to understand architectural drawings
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills and knowledge of probability and statistics
Superior organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently while effectively communicating progress
Ability to write effectively, present information, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to write clear, concise and professional emails
Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to draw conclusions from statistical information
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Punctuality and regular attendance is essential
